This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application, including the Caller Name Announcer, Ringtone Creator, AI Ringtone Maker, MP3 Cutter, and My Tones features. 1. Information We Process & Collect
A. Information You Voluntarily Provide:
Voluntary Input- Names, custom text, or prompt descriptions for ringtone creation.
- Style, voice, mood, duration, and language preferences.
- Audio files selected from your device for trimming, cutting, or combining.
B. User Account & Authentication Information (Optional):
Completely OptionalIf you choose to sign in using Android 1-Tap Google Sign-In:
- We collect your Google Account Email, Display Name, and User ID via Firebase Authentication.
- This information is stored securely in Firebase Firestore solely for account management, cloud balance synchronization of your credits across devices, and preventing promotional abuse.
- Guest Mode: Signing in is completely optional; all core ringtone creation and audio tools can be used in Guest mode without an account.
C. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing):
Google Secure CheckoutIf you purchase credit packs, transactions are processed directly and securely by Google Play In-App Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card or financial account numbers. We only process transaction tokens to credit your account balance.
2. Device Permissions & Sensitive Data Handling
We respect your privacy and process sensitive device data strictly on your local device:
Used exclusively for the Caller Name Announcer feature to detect when your phone is ringing with an incoming call so the app can trigger speech announcements hands-free. No phone calls or voice conversations are ever recorded, collected, or transmitted.
- READ_CONTACTS: Used during an incoming call to look up the saved contact name corresponding to the incoming phone number so the Text-to-Speech engine can speak the name aloud. This lookup is performed ephemerally on-device in temporary memory (RAM). Contact data is never uploaded to our servers, never stored externally, and never shared with third parties.
- WRITE_CONTACTS: Used only when you choose to assign a custom ringtone created in the app directly to an individual contact in your phonebook.
Used solely to open, play, trim, edit, and save ringtone audio files directly on your device storage. Your audio files are never uploaded to any cloud server.
Used on Android 13+ to send optional push notifications regarding app updates, credit rewards, or completion of audio tasks. You can disable notifications anytime in device settings.
3. Live Caller Name Announcer
The Caller Name Announcer uses Android's built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine.
- All announcement processing happens locally on your device.
- You have full control: Toggle the announcer on or off, enable Bluetooth/headset-only mode, customize speech templates, or adjust voice speed and pitch.
4. AI Ringtone Generation
When you use AI-powered ringtone features, the creative text prompt, style, and language preferences you enter may be processed by trusted AI service providers (such as Google Gemini and ElevenLabs) solely to generate the requested script or audio clip.

Advertising display. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID (AAID) and use it to show personalized or non-personalized ads according to Google's Advertising Policies.

- Account & Cloud Balance Data: Retained in Firebase Firestore while your account remains active.
- Account & Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated Firestore data at any time. To request deletion, email us at contact@magraytariq.in with the subject "Delete My Account", and we will delete your record within 30 days.
